• A Board of Governors consisting of the Presidents of the member European Chambers of Commerce and business organisations in Japan, the EBC Chairman, the Senior EBC Vice-Chairman, the EBC Vice-Chairman, the EBC Treasurer and three representatives of the 28 Committee Chairmen;
• An Executive Operating Board (EOB) consisting of the EBC Chairman, Senior EBC Vice-Chairman and nominated representatives from the boards of the national Chambers;
• 28 industry committees whose work aims to improve the local business environment in a  wide variety of economic sectors; and
• A Secretariat with the EBC Executive Director, who coordinates EBC activities, and the EBC Policy Director, who manages the EBC's lobbying activities.

The EBC is funded by the European National Chambers of Commerce in Japan and the 350 individual EBC member firms who participate directly in committee activities.
