EBC Chairman Richard Collasse sent a letter to the Ministry of Justice regarding the revised immigration law scheduled to be implemented on November 20. The letter was co-signed by the Australia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ANZCCJ).

The EBC Taskforce on article 65 presented its position paper on why firewall restrictions between different Financial Services industry must be lifted if Tokyo is to become a Global Financial Centre.
