Member of the European Parliament Visits the EBC

On February 21, Professor Vital Moriera, Chairman of the International Trade Committee of the European Parliament visited the EBC.  He was briefed on the major impediments to trade in Japan by Chairman, Mr. Tommy Kullberg, and Vice Chairman, Mr. Duco Delgorge, and handed a copy of the EBC’s recent report “Going for Growth: The EBC Report on the Japanese Business Environment”.  Professor Moriera, who was invited to visit Japan by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, briefed the EBC Chairman and Vice-Chairman on the recently ratified EU-South Korean trade agreement.
